Why are my characters going nowhere? Why do they just sit around and make smart-ass comments to each other? Why is romance creeping into my ghost story? Why do I have no control over my own plot right now? WHY?
Seinfeld made millions on the above recipe! hahaha. Hey if you don't like how a chapter is coming out you could always try something like rewrite that chapter from the perspective of another character. Maybe the exercise would break you from a way of thinking that became an accidental habbit. Just a thought.
